This highly anticipated point Serving from Travis Street Hospitality (Georgie, Knox Bistro, Le Bilboquet) Asian-inspired dishes using French cooking techniques. Simple yet elegant dishes come from a group of incredibly talented chefs. For soup dumpling lovers, it’s worth a trip to Plano to try this restaurant, which is the first restaurant in Texas by a well-respected and James Beard-recognized Las Vegas chef. Chef and owner Jimmy Li has trained his staff extensively in the Vegas kitchen. Dallas Morning News reports.
