Oct. 30 — A portion of Corn Road in Raymond is closed due to a serious car crash.

The Cumberland County dispatcher said motorists are asked to avoid the area of ​​302 Egypt Road, which is near the Raymond-Gray town line.

The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office confirmed deputies were at the scene but did not immediately release any details about the crash.

Maine State Police are assisting the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office at the scene, according to a state police spokesman.
