CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The Cleveland Police Department needs your help finding missing and endangered Jason Moore.

Moore is 6 feet tall, weighs 170 pounds, has short brown hair and hazel eyes.

He was last seen Wednesday around 5:30 p.m. in the 4400 block of West 57th Street.

He was wearing a gray US Polo hoodie and white Nike shoes.

According to police, Jason stated that he might harm himself.

He has been known to frequent local parks, particularly Cleveland Metroparks Rocky River Reservation, Coe Lake in Berea, and Valley View Park.

He drives a Silver Dodge Ram with Ohio license plate GUR-2915.
