HEALDSBURG, California. – A surprising closure in the North Bay’s food scene: An Italian restaurant that was recently awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand has closed for good.

Molti Amici in Healdsburg announced the closure on Facebook, thanking the community and staff for their support.

The CEO said financial issues led to this decision and staff would be laid off.

Molti Amici has been praised for its wood-fired pizzas and fresh pasta.
