Interstate 70 reopens in Kansas after winter storm

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW)—Interstate 70 has reopened from Colby to Denver, Colorado, after a winter storm closed it Wednesday morning, the Kansas Department of Transportation said. St. U.S. Highway 36 west of St. Francis into Colorado remains closed.
