Terms and Conditions

1. The Promotion is open to residents of Ireland aged 18 years and over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. A valid entry consists of the correct answer entered in the form above, as well as the entrant’s name, email address and phone number.

3. No applications from agencies, third parties, organized groups or computer-generated applications will be accepted. Incomplete, illegible or damaged entries will not be accepted. Any entry that does not comply with the entry instructions will not be accepted.

4. The promotion will be valid from 06/11/2024 until midnight on 24/11/2024 (including this date).

5. All entries must be received by the Promoter no later than midnight on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date will be automatically disqualified.

6. The campaign is limited to one entry per person. No participant will be able to win more than one prize.

7. By submitting an entry to the promoter you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

8. We will not be held responsible for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software malfunction. Proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. Entries will become the property of the Promoter.

9. Prize is a pair of tickets to Ireland V Australia. There will be a winner.

10. All prizes will be subject to any additional terms and conditions provided by the supplier of the prize to the Promoter. This coupon cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

11. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or consequential damage whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise arising out of acceptance of the terms and conditions or otherwise in connection with the prize.

12. In the event of unforeseen circumstances arising, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.

13. Winners will be notified via email. Winner must claim prize within 30 days of notification. If the prize is not claimed after this period, it will cease to be valid and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to an alternate winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules.

14. The organizers’ decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. Details of the winners (name and county) will be published on The Irish Times website.

16. The winner may be required to participate in free promotions resulting from this promotion.

17. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out below. and as set out in these terms and conditions.

18. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and the Courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
