Regarding the war in Gaza, Harris said, “We all want the war in the Middle East to end” and “we want the hostages to return home.” The Vice President said that if he wins the presidential election, “I will do everything I can to make it happen.”

Abortion rights were also brought up. She told the crowd that this choice was a “fundamental fight for freedom” so that women had “the right to decide about their body.”

And in an attempt to mobilize voters, he said: “You will all make a difference in this election. You will make a difference.”
