Olakanle was reported to have died in the early hours of Saturday, November 2, 2024, but the cause of death is yet to be confirmed. His death occurred just one day before his death. The Olakanle administration has distributed vehicles to police agencies in the council area, showing its commitment to enhancing security in the area.

When was the last time Okakanle appeared in public?

Pioneer His last public appearance was on Thursday, October 31, 2024, by prominent All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain and CEO of Adefemi Taiwo Hospitals, Dr. Adesola reported that he was at Taiwo’s funeral party. A close friend who attended the party with Olakanle expressed his shock and devastation at his sudden death.
