Seattle Mariners Learn Game Times for Sacramento-A’s 2025 Games

The 2025 season will represent a schedule departure for the Seattle Mariners. The M’s will play in Sacramento for the first time because that’s where their division rival Athletics will play. The A’s will move to Las Vegas for the 2028 season (at least for now).

Various concerns have been raised about this plan over the last few months. The playing surface, which was previously planned to be grass, will now be grass with MLBPA approval. What’s more, unbearably hot summer temperatures in Sacramento are leading to concerns about temperatures at next year’s game time. As a result, we were waiting to see exactly what time the M’s would play in Sacramento. Daytime games will be tough for Seattle in this heat.

We got the answers to these questions Thursday as the A’s announced their home game times:

As a result, the Mariners appear to be taking a break from their schedule with the A’s. First, they only play six games in Sacramento, seven games in Seattle. Moreover, the M’s only have one day game in Sacramento. Fortunately for them, this comes in early May, when the heat is not expected to be a real problem.

sailors He finished last season 85-77 and missed the playoffs by 1.0 games. This was the second year in a row that Seattle missed the playoffs by that margin. The A’s finished fourth in the American League West.
