GREECE, NY — This Halloween, families are having a good time all over the area, including Greece, where the Ridge Road Fire District is handing out candy to little ghouls and ghosts on Black Walnut Drive.

The district chief says it’s all about connecting with the community.

“It’s a good reminder for us that we enjoy working with the community; we love seeing people, reminding them about fire safety, checking smoke detectors, having a working CO detector, all those different aspects that will help keep them safe.” said Chef Mark Quill.
