Heidi Klum and Lizzo are among stars transforming for Halloween

Halloween is here once again, and two things are inevitable: the sweets will run out before the young trick-or-treating crowd comes knocking on your door, and social media will be flooded with costumed celebrities.

To save you from wandering aimlessly, here are some of the best celebrity Halloween costumes we’ve seen this year.

Heidi Klum is famous for both her annual Halloween party and the incredible costumes she wears at the party.

This year, for the 23rd episode of the event, Klum and her husband, German guitarist Tom Kaulitz, dressed up as alien ET from Steven Spielberg’s classic 1982 film.

Klum’s outfit was completed with a glowing index finger on her left hand, just like the original character, and a matching blonde wig.

But Klum wasn’t the only celebrity to dress as ET

Janelle Monae appeared as the cute alien in the Halloween special of the Jennifer Hudson show.

“It opens up a broader discussion about how do we become agents of joy? How do we become agents of happiness?

“Bringing Halloween experiences and creative experiences is a matter of heart, not hard work. I do it because my heart needs it.”
