Less than two years after the last new episode, “Saritas” will return for the last half of season five Sunday, November 10 at 8pm ET on Paramount Network and CBS.

While we try to sit tight for just over a week, temper the anticipation by watching previous episodes to find out where things leave off.

About the show:

The wildly popular series is set in Montana, where the Dutton family controls the largest contiguous ranch in the country. Kevin Costner previously starred in the series as John Dutton, a sixth-generation rancher and devoted father. Costner made headlines earlier this year when he announced that he would not be returning to his role in season 5B. It’s unclear how his absence will be explained in the new episodes.

The Dutton family is powerful but complex. They operate in a corrupt world where politicians are endangered by influential oil and timber companies looking to make billion-dollar land grabs. Since 2018, the story has had its share of shifting alliances, unsolved murders, open wounds, and hard-earned respect. At the time, the Dutton property was in constant conflict with the sprawling town, Native American reservation, and America’s first national park that shared borders.

The first episode of the fifth season was left with the civil war between Jamie and Beth Dutton. John Dutton was at risk of impeachment, and a disease was spreading to the local wildlife, endangering the family’s cattle.
