HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — A fatal situation at an apartment complex in northwest Houston is under investigation.

Houston police say a woman was killed and a man was injured in a double stabbing on Long Point Road.

The victims were found with multiple stab wounds around 7:35 Thursday morning.

Police at the scene say they do not believe there is a threat to the community, but do not elaborate on why.
