Two teenagers have been charged with attempted murder following a stabbing in Telford on Monday.

Riley Preece, 18, of St George’s, Telford, and a 14-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.

The detained suspects are expected to appear before Shrewsbury Crown Court on 28 November.

Following Monday’s stabbing, an 18-year-old man was found on King Street in Dawley with multiple injuries and was taken to hospital.
