Willis Ayieko: DCI Shares Chilling Photos After Arresting Female Suspect in Violent Shooting

DCI announced progress in the investigation into the death of Wells Fargo human resources manager Willis Ayieko, who was found dead in a swamp. Siaya district.

The investigation unit reported that they had a gunfight with the suspects who tried to escape.

They later released striking photos from the scene following the gunfight and pursuit of the suspects. While the male suspect managed to escape, the female suspect was detained.

How did DCI track down Ayieko’s murder suspects?

In a statement obtained TUKO.co.ke, DCI said they received a tip from the public that a man and a woman were seen with guns at Toyota Axio in Wagai Trade Centre. Siaya county.

Thereupon, the police began investigating the matter and stopped the suspects’ vehicle. However, while the male driver was heading towards Luanda, he started shooting at the police.

A high-speed chase at Adder Farm in Kagilo district caused the suspects to lose control of their vehicle and overturn on the left side of the road.

Unfortunately, the driver fled, leaving the injured and unconscious female passenger behind.

Part of the DCI statement reads: “The woman was taken to a hospital in Yala, but unfortunately, she succumbed to her injuries hours later.”

During a search of the vehicle, police seized a gun loaded with 11 rounds, which was determined to be the firearm stolen from Mr. Ayieko.

“Police in Siaya, Gem Wagai district, today seized a pistol belonging to the late Mr. Willis Ayieko, human resources manager of Wells Fargo. This firearm was stolen from him on the night of his murder,” the DCI added.

DCI he later released graphic photos of the scene following a car chase with the suspects.

Did the DCI finally track down the male suspect in Ayieko’s murder?

The investigation unit reported that their search for the escaped suspect led them to his rented home in Sagam Trading Post, Kanyibwop village, where they located and seized several items, including:

  • Forest green sweater and military shorts
  • two pairs of desert storm jungle boots
  • two TV sets (40″ and 32″)
  • HP Notebook
  • Rolex watch, among others.
