Temporary restrictions have been introduced in a town in Nottinghamshire due to concerns about anti-social behaviour.

Police issued a dispersal order in Arnold, valid for 48 hours from 19:00 GMT on Wednesday.

The statement comes after Nottinghamshire Police said it had received reports of “young people engaging in anti-social behavior in recent days” and was investigating a number of incidents.

Police said the order would target the city center and surrounding parks at groups “perceived as causing or likely to cause disturbance”.
