Yelp considered a number of factors in its rankings “including total volume and review ratings” given by these elite members last year.

1. Blackbird Modern Asia

Partners behind popular Papichulo Tacos have opened Blackbird Modern Asia Just around the corner from their Taquería.

Sharing the menu with classics like sweet and sour pork, Peking duck and beef and broccoli are twisty dishes like General Tso’s alligator, bagel Rangoon bites with all the spices, and smoked brisket “burnt ends” fried rice.

Some culinary talent can be expected here too. Szechuan ribs, for example, emerge tableside from under a smoky glass cloche. -Liz Balmaseda

2. Little Moir’s Food Hut

Little Moir‘s Food Shack is one of the numerous culinary endeavors of the family-owned and operated business. Little Moir’s other restaurants include Hibiscus Street Catering and Leftovers Cafe, which are also on the list. Some of the star dishes on their menu include sweet potato crust and panko fried oysters. Based on Yelp reviews.

3. Aioli

Open for breakfast and lunch (and offering take-out meals), Aioli’s core menu hasn’t changed much since it opened in 2014.

Homemade buttermilk biscuits with ingredients such as bacon, egg and cheese; sausage, egg and cheese with homemade breakfast sausage, egg frittata, fontina cheese, arugula and citrus aioli on a toasted homemade croissant; turkey and brie with homemade walnut raisins; roast beef and cheddar cheese on homemade ciabatta, roasted tomato aioli and more, owner Michael Hackman said, “these are items we felt accomplished from day one.” -Eddie Ritz

4. Father

In addition to the setting and atmosphere, regulars love the restaurant’s reliable menu items. Some of these dishes appeared on the restaurant’s original menu in 2000, says Dada partner Scott Frielich of the restaurant group Sub-Culture. He points to Dada’s antipasto platter, grilled Brie platter, and jumbo lump crab cake appetizers as examples. -Liz Balmaseda

5. Buccan

At first, Buccan branded itself a “progressive American grill,” but as busy months turned into years, the restaurant’s culinary approach defied such classifications. It reflects Conley’s culinary moods, memories, and fascination, meandering from his childhood in New England to his travels to cities as far away as Lima, Bahia, Singapore, Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Tokyo; He spent months here in 2003 while opening a restaurant. celebrity chef Todd Englishhis mentor.

At Buccan, these inspirations manifested themselves in dishes on Conley’s ever-changing menu that became instant Palm Beach favorites. Locals raved about street food entrees like zig-zagging braised oxtail-stuffed empanadas with Peruvian ají amarillo cream and crispy sausage panini bites made even more decadent with the sigh of molten Gruyère. (Yes, the handmade pies and crispy sausages were popular back then, and they continue to draw fans. 6. El Camino – West Palm Beach

El Camino opened its West Palm Beach location in 2022, after the taquería and bar conquered Delray Beach.

The essence of the food and beverage menus will remain true to El Camino’s distinctive street food flavors. That means dishes like ancho-glazed pork belly tacos with pineapple slaw and spicy peanut butter, octopus a la plancha with salsa pipian and charred cauliflower, tamales garnished with braised pork and drizzled with crema and farm veggie fajitas with all the fixings. For dessert, there’s coconut tres leches and Nutella tart.

There’s also a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, from craft beers to more than a dozen margaritas, specialty cocktails, and sipping tequilas and appetizers. -Liz Balmaseda

7. Driftwood

Driftwood’s menu highlights locally produced foods and unique items like lionfish ceviche. Entrees ranging in price from $16 to $30 include rock shrimp and grits, local swordfish, grilled octopus and smoked short ribs. Driftwood combines comfort food and gourmet ingredients, as in chicken and dumplings. 12. Ah-Beetz New Haven Pizza

Special offers highlight longtime New England favorites like Ah-Beetz’s sauce-free white pies. Some, like broccoli and garlic, are made extra creamy with the addition of ricotta cheese.
