NORTH HAVEN, CT (WFSB) – North Haven police arrested a man on charges of sexually assaulting a child.

They identified the suspect as 72-year-old Mark Keith Pasquariello of Stratford.

Pasquariello was arrested on October 10 on a warrant.

Police said someone filed a report alleging Pasquariello made multiple inappropriate comments to a teenage victim and engaged in inappropriate physical contact with her.

Police announced that the forensic interview was completed and as a result, the young victim revealed many things.

They said an arrest warrant was issued in early October.

Pasquariello was charged with two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault, risk of harm to a minor and two counts of unlawful sexual contact with a minor.
