Step 1: Visit the official STR portal: https://bantuantunai.hasil.gov.my.

Step 2: Create an account or log in if you already have an account. If you are a new applicant, click on “Permohonan Baharu STR” and fill in the relevant information, including your IC number, home address, mobile number, marital status, bank and account number, beneficiary and details.

Step 3: Upload the required documents at the bottom of the page. Once you’re done, you can submit!

Step 4: After submitting your application, you can track its status online via the STR portal. or by contacting relevant helplines.
