Queens Assembly candidate/serial sperm donor ‘harassed voters’ on poll site: NYPD

A long-term Republican House candidate, perhaps better known as a TV series sperm donor Police said he was detained on Election Day and subpoenaed for harassing voters at a polling station in Queens.

Jonathan Rinaldi, 45, was summoned to the Criminal Court for harassment, then released.

Officers encountered him outside at 10:25 a.m., police said. Public School 101The School in the Gardens is on Russell Place near Ascan Avenue in Forest Hills.

Police said Rinaldi was holding a sign that said “Vote for Rinaldi” and yelling at voters.

Rinaldi shouted, “Baby killers!” he shouted. According to a police source.

He did not immediately respond to the Daily News’ request for comment.

Rinaldi is running as the candidate of the We the People and Truth parties against Democrat Andrew Hevesi.

Before running for office, Rinaldi made headlines as a repeat sperm donor with more than a dozen children.

She was also a reality TV star and a known anti-vaccine activist.

As a City Council candidate last year, he reportedly confronted his opponent, Democratic Councilman James Gennaro, and challenged him to a debate.

Rinaldi blew up when Gennaro called Rinaldi a white supremacist, according to a video posted on social media.

“If you talk to me like that, I will catch you outside and show you what a white supremacist is!” shouted according video.

Gennaro suggested that Rinaldi was threatening him, to which Rinaldi replied: “Yeah, you better believe it’s a threat. Do you want to insult me? I’ll kick your ass!
