“It’s time for a new chapter where we stop pointing our fingers at each other and instead lock arms with each other knowing that we have so much more in common than what divides us,” he said.

When a protester started yelling, Harris talked about bringing people with opposing views into her tent.

“Unlike Donald Trump, I do not believe that people who disagree with me are the enemy. He wants to put them in jail. I will give them a place at the table and I believe I will be the president of all Americans and I have always put Americans before myself,” he said.

Harris also addressed Gen-Z supporters.

“I see the promise of America in all the young leaders voting for the first time,” he said.
