US Election 2024 Live Updates: President Joe Biden votes in Delaware

US Presidential Election 2024 Live Updates: Just a week before the US Presidential Election, President Joe Biden joined hundreds of young voters in early voting in his home state of Delaware on Monday, casting ballots for Vice President Kamala Harris and other Democratic candidates.

Following the vote, Biden shared on social media platform X that he was proud to support Kamala Harris, Tim Walz, Lisa Rochester and other Democrats.

He also urged the public to vote in the election, stating that there was “too much at stake” to miss by not participating in this election.

“I was proud to vote for Kamala Harris, Tim Walz, Lisa Rochester, and a few other first-time voters. Folks, there is too much at stake in this election to not participate,” Biden said. It was mentioned in a post on X.

The US Presidential Elections will be held on November 5 and Vice President Kamala Harris will compete against former President and Republican candidate Donald Trump.

While Trump seeks a return to the White House after his controversial exit, Harris aims to make history as the first female president of the United States

A recent poll by the New York Times and Siena College found that Harris and Trump are tied at 48 percent of the popular vote, a share that remains the same despite three months of serious political upheaval in the country.

All attention is focused on the high-stakes US presidential election battle on November 5.
