Maria Kanellis returned to the hospital just a few days after surgery.

Last Thursday, Kanellis operated on for a mass in the adrenal gland. He was able to go home on Saturday, but returned to the emergency room on Sunday due to pain and nausea. Kanellis had pain in his neck, spine and head, and could not stand upright without feeling nauseous.

“He spent the night in the emergency room trying to relax me by taking different cocktails of medications that included anti-nausea, morphine, caffeine/ibuprofen, magnesium, etc.” I shared this morning. “Then at 04:00 this morning, they admitted me to the hospital again because they could not control my pain. I have difficulty walking and standing due to pain. “I miss my kids and I’m ready to be home, but here I am.”

The mass in Kanellis’ adrenal gland was found this July. During the surgery performed last week, a biopsy was performed to determine what the mass was and whether it was cancerous. Results are expected 7-10 days after the biopsy.

Kanellis debuted in AEW in 2022 and became a manager in ROH. AEW contract is scheduled to expire at the end of this month.
