SIMPSONVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) – Greenville Water says water was shut off in Simpsonville Friday morning due to a broken 10-inch valve.

The affected areas are along Highway 417 from I-385 to Cothran Drive, officials said.

There is no estimated completion time.

Teams carry out traffic inspections for safety purposes.
