28 October

9:33 p.m.: A vehicle-deer crash was reported in Montmorency Township; A report was received.

30 October

12:18 p.m.: Deputies responded to a commercial assault alarm at a business in Albert Township. Deputies evacuated the building after finding it was locked and secure.

1 November

8:09 a.m.: A deer-vehicle crash was reported in Vienna County. Report received.

10:17 a.m.: An Avery Township resident was sentenced in court to one year in the Alpena County Jail on OWI and R/O charges.

1:04 p.m.: A deputy assisted MSP Police with a trespassing complaint at a residence in Avery Township.

November 2

12:15 p.m.: Deputies encountered a mailbox on Avery Township road. Deputies found tire tracks where the vehicle returned to the road, as well as the house it came from. The mail in the box was taken to MCSO.

12:25 p.m.: MCSO received a report of a possible bear at a residence in Albert County. A deputy responded and conducted a walk through the residence but was unable to find any signs of animals inside.

1:02 a.m.: A deputy responded to a noise complaint in Briley County. The complaint came after a male subject drove recklessly through the neighborhood and started the engine of his truck, keeping the complainant awake. The deputy located the vehicle.

01:54: A woman was arrested in Alpena County. He had an approved warrant out of Montmorency and had applied to the ACJ.

7:58 a.m.: A deer-vehicle crash was reported in Rust Township; A report was received.

10 a.m.: A deer-vehicle crash was reported in Vienna County; A report was received.

12:45 p.m.: Oscoda County requested assistance from MCSO deputies in locating a male subject who had been missing for 24 hours. Lawmakers helped investigate the matter. The subject was later located by the Oscoda County DNR and was in good condition.

4:35 p.m.: Albert Township resident called to report an ATV wandering the road in front of her home. RP believed it was private property.

9:32 p.m.: MCSO deputies responded to a commercial assault alarm at a business in Hillman Township. The building was secure and there were no entry signs.

November 3

7:53 a.m.: A deer-vehicle crash was reported in Briley Township; A report was received.

9:46: A Vienna County resident called to report that he had surveillance video of trespassers on his property. An officer responded to the residence to take the report.

11:02 a.m.: A person who owns hunting land in Briley Township came to the lobby to report a trespassing complaint. Both parties were discussed and it was understood that it was an easement issue.

11:15 a.m.: A male subject arrived at the MCSO lobby to report a theft that had occurred on his property. The person knew who took his property, a deputy spoke to the reporting party and went to the residence where the person reported having his property. The items were rescued and returned to their owner.

5:09 p.m.: A deer-vehicle crash was reported in Hillman County, the passenger in the vehicle complained of pain and was transported to the hospital for evaluation. Report received.

7:17 p.m.: A vehicle-deer crash was reported in Avery County; A report was received.
