CONCORD, N.C. – Joshua Stinson will remain in prison for allegedly spying on a woman in a Concord Mills restroom.

The Concord Police Department arrested Stinson on charges of second-degree trespassing and stalking.

The victim tells WCCB the entire experience was traumatic. He took video of the incident, and police said that video is how he identified Stinson.

Stinson was already banned from Concord factories before the incident, police said.

The 29-year-old was not granted bail.
