John Sweeney as the focus of a new ITV drama Until It Kills YouHe is a terrifying serial killer who separates his victims’ heads from their bodies.

Sweeney is currently serving a life sentence after being convicted of attempted murder and later two counts of murder.

ITVs Until It Kills You It tells the story of Delia Balmer, a woman who survived the reign of terror.

The painting, titled ‘A Romantic Weekend for Two in Austria’, depicted a man in red stabbing a woman, and the prosecution against Sweeney later said it depicted him and Melissa Halstead, who disappeared in Amsterdam in 1990. according to Mirror.

Meanwhile, another drawing shows a woman with her head cut off and her feet cut off.

The location of the body in the drawing shows how Halstead’s body was found inside a bag when it was pulled from a canal.

Another collage she made featured her head in the middle with the caption “RIP Melissa Halstead” covered in corrective fluid.

One of his other terrifying drawings was called ‘The Scalp Hunter’, and it is thought that this is where he got his nickname.

Brian Altman QC, prosecuting the scalper’s murder trial, said: “Among his belongings the police found sketches and paintings, mostly lurid and demonic, as well as pages of poetry which revealed an obsessive and violent hatred of women and a preoccupation with dismemberment.

“This is the picture of a hateful, controlling and possessive man.

“Prone to outbursts of anger and murderous emotions.”
