(CNN) – You’ll soon be able to get IHOP pancakes and Applebee’s ribs in the same meal.

Dine Brands, which owns both restaurants, announced it will open a joint Applebee’s-IHOP in Texas next year.

The renderings show two different sections; one side features the traditional IHOP interior, while the other side features a large bar and TVs usually seen at Applebee’s.

However, both menus will be available throughout the restaurant as they will share the same kitchen.

Dine hopes both of these can help grow the restaurant, which reported declining sales in the third quarter.

The company has already seen success in Canada, Latin America and the Middle East with its dual-brand Applebee’s-IHOP.
