PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. — A Landover man has been charged with murder after allegedly stabbing his younger brother to death during a dispute Monday evening, according to the Prince George’s County Police Department.

The incident occurred in the 8600 block of Reicher Street around 6 p.m. on Monday. Officers arrived to find 23-year-old Simi Kelly outside suffering from severe trauma. The person who was taken to the hospital was declared dead.

Police arrested Simi’s older brother, 28-year-old Brilyen Kelly, at the scene. Detectives learned that the stabbing occurred during an argument between two brothers.

Brilyen Kelly has been charged with first and second degree murder and is currently in custody at the Department of Corrections.
