Protesting Bengali doctors allege loopholes in CBI chargesheet

On Monday, the process of framing the chargesheet in the matter was completed in the special court in Kolkata.

The front also alleged that the charge sheet did not provide any details regarding the activities of accused Sanjay Roy during the 27-minute period between 3.36 am and 4.03 am on August 9, when the victim’s body was removed from the seminar hall. RG Kar hospital building.

The front also claimed that there were no accusations regarding the “sticky white liquid” found on the victim’s body.

The front said the presence of liquid was mentioned in the autopsy report but the CBI chargesheet did not state whether it was sent for DNA testing.

WBJDF claimed that the initial chargesheet submitted by the CBI was based on the findings of the Kolkata Police, which conducted the initial investigation before the case was handed over to the federal agency by the Calcutta High Court.

WBJDF representatives, accompanied by thousands of ordinary people, have been protesting in front of the CBI’s Salt Lake office on the northern outskirts of Kolkata, demanding speedy justice for the victim.
