MIDDLETOWN, Ohio (WXIX) – A 60-year-old man has been identified following a fatal crash in Middletown on Nov. 1.

Donald Sias, 60, died at the intersection of N. University Avenue and Reinartz Boulevard shortly before 5:30 p.m., according to the Butler County Coroner’s Office.

Sias died in a vehicle accident but no other information was released.
