There will be traffic headaches in Philly this weekend leading up to Election Day as crews prepare the stage for the Harris campaign ahead of her Monday night rally and concert.

PHILADELPHIA – Kamala Harris will be in Philadelphia on Election Eve to rally her supporters with a long list of musical guests and appearances.

The rally and concert will take place Friday night on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, just hours before the first votes are cast for the 2024 presidential election.

DJ Cassidy, Fat Joe, Freeway and Just Blaze, Lady Gaga, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Ricky Martin, The Roots, Jazmine Sullivan and Adam Blackstone, and Oprah Winfrey will take to the stage to support Harris, who will join along with Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff.

The rally and concert are expected to create a traffic nightmare Nearly every road leading to Eakins Oval closes at 5 a.m. Monday and remains that way through Election Day.

Philadelphia has served as a frequent campaign stop for both vice president and former president Donald Trump, who is struggling to win in several swing states, including Pennsylvania.
