No. 2 Georgia beat Florida

Quarterback Carson Beck recovered from three interceptions to throw for 309 yards and two touchdowns as No. 2 Georgia earned a 34-20 victory over Florida on neutral ground in Jacksonville, Florida.

UGA trailed 13-6 at halftime but scored 28 points in the second half after Florida freshman quarterback DJ Lagway left the game with an injury and backup Aidan Warner completed just 7 of 22 passes for 66 yards.

“I don’t think it’s a decision-making issue. I think he puts pressure there at times and that’s a big play for him; he’s from here. We can’t win this game without Carson Beck.”
