Janasena Party (JSP) President and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan announced the ‘Narasimha Varahi Brigade’, a special wing within his party aimed at “protecting Sanatana Dharma”.

“I respect all religions but I am firm in my faith. Those who criticize Sanatana Dharma on social media or speak disrespectfully about it will have to face the consequences. That is why I am establishing a special wing within our party called ‘Narasimha Varahi’. Pawan Kalyan said in his speech on Saturday, “Brigade” “It is aimed at preserving Sanatana Dharma,” he said.

The announcement came as Pawan Kalyan inaugurated the ‘Deepam-2’ free cooking gas cylinder project in Jagannadhapuram village.

“We are delivering on our promises of providing superior welfare compared to the previous government. Through the Deepam-2 programme, we are distributing three gas cylinders every year to 1,08,39,286 eligible beneficiaries in the state at Rs 2,684 million per annum. In five years, this means Rs 13,425 million earmarked for welfare,” said the JSP Chief. ” he said.

He emphasized that the coalition government prioritizes the safety of girls and women.

He assured that strict action will be taken against anyone who threatens to attack or harass women.

The Deputy Chief Minister also criticized YSRCP leaders, saying: “Despite getting only 11 seats, YSRCP members and supporters have not reformed. It has only been a few months since our government took over, but they are already behaving as if something catastrophic has happened.” “Those who speak freely on social media and lie about the government will no longer be tolerated.”

He also noted that YSRCP leaders continued to disrespect women on social media even after a serious defeat.

“Any abuse against women will not be ignored and we are monitoring the social media activities of those who exhibit this behavior. From now on, anyone who speaks abusively about women will face harsh sanctions,” he warned.

The JSP Chief spoke about his long-standing connection with the Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Temple in IS Jaganathapuram, which he visited during a difficult time in 2009.

Conscious of its power and sanctity, he vowed to work for the comprehensive development of the temple.

He stated that the authorities informed him about a budget proposal of 2.5 billion rupees for the construction of the temple and 2 billion rupees for the protective wall.

He called for an investigation into previous unauthorized excavations near the temple and warned of strict action against those responsible.
