Harrison Ford Supports Harris, Points Out Trump Officials Oppose Him

Harrison Ford endorsed Kamala Harris on Saturday and expressed reticence about announcing who he voted for. In a video shared by Harris’ campaign, the “Indiana Jones” star insisted that those close to Trump who choose to speak out against her are “telling us something important” by “going against the leader of the party.” They spent their lives defending.”

“Look, I’ve been voting for 64 years,” Ford began. “I didn’t really want to talk too much about it, but when dozens of former members of the Trump administration are sounding the alarm saying, ‘For God’s sake, don’t do this again,’ you have to pay attention. They are telling us something important. “These are not soft people.”

“They are governors and generals standing up to the leader of the party they spent their lives defending,” Ford said. “For many of them, this will be their first time voting for someone who doesn’t have the letter R next to their name because they know it’s really important.”

“The truth is: Kamala Harris will protect your right to disagree with her on policies or ideas,” the “Star Wars” actor continued. “Then we will discuss them, work on them together and move forward, as we have done for centuries. The other demands unquestioning loyalty and says he wants revenge.”

“I am Harrison Ford. I have one vote like everyone else. And I will use this to move forward. “I will vote for Kamala Harris,” he concluded.

Ford released a series of videos supporting the Harris/Walz campaign. In a second video, Ford stated that he did not agree with the duo on everything and said, “But these two people believe in the rule of law. They believe in science. They believe that when you govern, you do it for all Americans. They believe we are in this together.”

He later added: “Look, I’m frustrated with a lot of things in this country. I’m sure you are too. But the other man spent four years turning us against each other while embracing dictators and tyrants around the world. “This is not who we are.”

“We don’t need to make America great again. “Come on,” Ford concluded. “We’re great, but what we need is to work together again. All we need is a president who will work for all of us again.”
