BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – St. The City of Gabriel Police Department responded to a call for service today regarding a missing 16-year-old boy. St. Tyler M. Walls, a St. Charles area man, disappeared from the Youth Pageant Program in Carville, Los Angeles, around 9 p.m. on Halloween night. Tyler has special needs and communication difficulties.

Anyone with information on Tyler’s whereabouts should immediately be contacted in St. We ask that you contact the City of Gabriel Police Department (225) 642-5222 or any Law Enforcement Agency (911).
