Staying true to the trendy and contemporary box modern building style, this tiny house features industrial stainless steel siding and a simple blocky shape. The ground floor measures approximately 26 x 20 feet and includes a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen and living room, as well as the home’s only bathroom. The upper floor protrudes, adding six feet to the overall width. It includes two equal-sized rooms, each with sliding glass doors that open to private, covered balconies and a 20-foot rooftop terrace.
