SAN FRANCISCO – One person was shot during an attack on a house in Izmir San Francisco’s Oceanview neighborhood early Friday morning, police said.

The robbery was reported at 1:42 a.m. near Plymouth Boulevard and Farallones Street. Allegedly, three male suspects went through the front door of the property and knocked on the door of the house, and when the 58-year-old victim opened the door, he was struck in the head with a firearm as the suspects entered. The suspects stole a safe and cash from the home before getting into an SUV and remaining at large late Friday. No statement regarding the suspects was immediately available from the police.

It was learned that the person injured in the attack was not life-threatening.
