The article also included a short video that attempted to point to a source explaining what was going on.

Many reasons showed that PatriotVoiceNews is not a reliable website for information. There was no ‘About Us’ or byline page informing readers of who was behind the site. These pages are standard practice for any reliable media website.

Snopes explained that an IP lookup tool revealed that the PatriotVoiceNews.com domain was registered on August 5, 2024, just three months before the article was published.

Snopes also used a tool called ‘Sitesucker’ to download the entire website, revealing more questionable information. In just three months, more than 1,000 articles were published on the website, all by a single author. This indicated that this was not a legitimate news site.
