NSP said 75-year-old Clarence Faulkner was not wearing a seatbelt and was jumped to his death.

Soldiers responded to the accident around 18:00 on October 19. NSP said the Toyota Tundra was traveling westbound on Interstate 80 when the driver allowed himself to swerve off the road and into the median.
