Thousands of fans will join Dodgers players, staff and families at Friday’s “Victory Day in Los Angeles” celebration. Los Angeles Unified School District schools will remain open Friday, according to the mayor’s office, and families are urged to be wary of expected traffic congestion.

According to the team, the stadium parking gates will open at 8.30am and the stadium entrance gates will open at 9am for the Friday celebration. Food and commercial goods can be sold. “All guidelines and rules of Dodger Stadium will apply to this event, including a warning against bringing signs, bags or other items not permitted under our policies,” according to a statement from the team.
