HORSHAM, Pa. (WPVI) — A Horsham, Montgomery County man was facing multiple felony charges Thursday night, including rape of a child.

Police arrested 24-year-old Brian Groo on Wednesday following a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

The agency said that two videos clearly depicting child sexual abuse, including a video of sexual abuse against a boy, were uploaded to the ‘Kik’ messaging platform.

Investigators say they tracked the username and IP address “Zenshadowsol” to Groo’s home, where they found a hidden cell phone containing material allegedly related to the cyber tip. Investigators said the video featuring the boy was determined to be of a 10-month-old baby that the defendant had access to.

Groo is charged with rape of a child, involuntary sexual intercourse, indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, endangering the welfare of children, computer sex act photo/film/depicting a child, dissemination of photo/film of child sex acts, and other charges.

He is being held on $2 million bail.
