Every soap opera fan knows that no one is ever like that completely went to the soap world. The characters are seemingly killed off, only to be brought back years later. The possibilities are endless.

1. Sam has a twin.

A soap story as old as time. Suddenly, a mysterious twin appears. This has already happened with Jason and Drew (and countless others). Why couldn’t the same thing happen to Sam? Surprisingly, there hasn’t been a twin for Sam, nor a story for his character (yet).

2. Alicia Montenegro returns.

It turns out that technically Sam has a doppelganger who is still alive. Monaco only appeared in a few episodes as Alicia Montenegro in 2005, but as far as we know, she’s still kicking and probably in jail. Could he escape and go to Port Charles?

3. Sam faked his death.

For reasons we don’t even need to understand right now! Many characters have faked their deaths to make a grand re-entry years later. Sam didn’t die off-screen, which makes the theory a little more complicated, but it’s still doable!

4. This is all a dream.

Look, all Sam McCall fans hope that’s the case. Monaco’s departure A shocking blow to the fandom. We all just want to wake up and forget that this whole exodus ever happened. A dream scenario doesn’t quite fit the world GHespecially since it can be deleted Lulu Spencer’s returnbut it is not impossible. Maybe Sam just had a Really bad nightmare.

5. Monaco may return to Port Charles as Livvie Locke.

It’s a long shot, but I Charles Port lifelong fan. Before Monaco was Sam McCall, she played Livvie Locke. General Hospital spin off Charles Port. Livvie’s death was allegedly confirmed in 2013, but again, this is the world of soaps. They tried to rehash the whole Caleb/Livvie story. General Hospitalbut I still believe Livvie might be wandering around!
