Judge starts hearing on $1 million giveaway that Elon Musk PAC helped Donald Trump

PHILADELPHIA – A Philadelphia judge held a hearing Thursday morning on the city attorney’s request to close Elon Musk’s office. 1 million dollar raffle per day in battleground states. In the lawsuit, Krasner said America PAC and Musk “unequivocally violated Pennsylvania’s legal prohibitions against illegal sweepstakes and deceiving consumers.”

Both Trump and Harris have made repeated visits to the state as they battle for Pennsylvania’s 19 electoral votes.
