LINCOLN COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) – On Tuesday, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office said a sexually violent predator had moved into Hugo.

Senior Vice President, Rocky Harper, 45, of 637 6th St. in Hugo, east of Limon. moved to .

Harper was convicted of sexually assaulting a 7-year-old victim in 2005 and attempting to sexually assault a 14-year-old victim in 2002, the sheriff’s office said.

Harper was described as a white male, 6 feet tall and 172 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

The sheriff’s office said the man will be on an ankle monitor and will be supervised by the Colorado Department of Corrections Parole Division.
