EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) – Monday, South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem visited Eau Claire as part of the Team Trump on Tour event.

Noem was at the Eau Claire Event District’s Crescent Building tonight to talk politics and the upcoming election.

Noem said she was Governor under both Biden and Trump, adding that leadership has consequences.

He talked about supporting local farmers, fair trade and borders.

Another topic covered Monday was inflation and how it was affecting families in Wisconsin, he said.

“The polls are very close here and the voters’ votes are very important. It can determine the race. I’ve talked a lot about people’s income. What inflation does to the average family in Wisconsin. Your average family in Wisconsin. The inflation we saw under the Biden-Harris administration was almost a thousand dollars a month. “It’s been devastating for them to be able to provide for their families,” South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem said.
