QUITMAN, Texas (KLTV) – Quitman ISD will remain closed for a second day as city addresses are released along with the water system.

The boil water notice in Quitman City will cause classes to be canceled again on Tuesday, according to the school district. They note that extracurricular activities will continue as normal but recommend checking with coaches and sponsors to confirm adjustments.

As of Monday, the district expects to resume classes on Wednesday.
