Former Coronation Street Actor Ryan Thomas has spoken out about declaring bankruptcy in the past, saying he had “a few issues” with money when he was younger.

“I don’t regret anything that happened to me because I actually feel like it was a real blessing,” he said. “I’ve learned so much that I don’t think to myself, ‘Oh, I did this, I did that,’ because I’m just someone who takes it one day at a time.

“I don’t think too much about the future, and I was already making money during this time, so I wasn’t unemployed. I lost everything and started over.”
