Watch Ted Danson in Netflix’s ‘A Man on the Inside’ Trailer

netflix released the trailer of the upcoming comedy series A Man Insideinvolving the stars coming together again Ted Danson and creative Mike Schur after working together Good Place.

The series, which Netflix ordered straight to series in March 2023, is adapted from the Oscar-nominated documentary. Mole Agent. Danson plays Charles, a retired professor who is in a rut following the death of his wife and is estranged from his daughter Emily (Mary Elizabeth Ellis). Netflix describes the series as follows:

“When Charles spies an undercover ad from private investigator Julie (Lilah Richcreek Estrada), he is inspired to embark on a new adventure. Charles’ mission: to sneak into Pacific View Nursing Home in San Francisco and solve the mystery of a stolen family heirloom. Everyone, residents and staff alike, is a potential suspect, and it’s up to Charles to solve the case before he falls under the radar of Pacific View’s all-seeing, all-knowing manager, Didi (Stephanie Beatriz). But it’s hard not to keep a low profile, as the affable Charles quickly endears himself to the other residents. Becoming an ‘inside man’ sends Charles on an exciting journey; “This journey makes him realize there is so much more life to live, and allows him to reconnect with Emily in the process.”
