    Central ministries, local governments and civil service unions, including the Ministry of Public Administration and Security, the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission and the Ministry of Personnel Management, held a consultative meeting today (28th) chaired by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
